To subscribe to PropLive, you must be or representative of Building Managers or Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) or Management Corporations (MCs) or Property Developers. Kindly “Chat with Us” or submit “Request for Demo” and our customer care personnel will be in touch with you shortly. We will be delighted to visit you at your community site and complete your registration with us thereafter.

It will usually take 7 to 10 working days* from the day your Committee or Management signed our agreement.

*Note: This period may be further extended and depending on Committee’s or Management’s cooperation with us to build and secure the residents’ database as well as the facilitation of detailed accounting migration and associated works.

All data in PropLive including accounting data are hosted in an award winning third-party cloud service provider whose data centre(s) are located locally in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The PropLive App can be downloaded for free on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Some communities will see implementation notices of the PropLive App at your common areas where you can scan the QR Code to be directed to download the App.

Property owners who are first time users to the App will go to Sign Up and link your mobile number and email with your property name and unit number. Each property unit you owned will be a single registration. You will be granted access into the App automatically once your registration is successful. You may proceed to Change Password to secure yourPropLive account.

The information you provided in-App must be accurate and correspond with the information registered with your Management, otherwise, kindly contact your Management Office for further validation. For tenants’ user registration, kindly inform your registered owner to invite you into the App.

Yes, PropLive’s customer care personnel will provide fullest guidance and support including “How to Use” training to any member of the Committee and/or Management.We also extend our guidance and support to your resident members, your Security Team, and external parties such as your auditors (if required).

Yes, you will be doing a good deed by suggesting PropLive to your community.
