Yes you can. Most residential homes, including landed houses in Malaysia, are served by a single-phase power supply. You do not need to upgrade your power supply to 3-phase when you purchase the 7kW ChargeLive Sinexcel Home AC Charger.
Note: For 11kW and 22kW options, you are required to upgrade to 3-phase wiring.
Nothing really. ChargeLive Sinexcel Home AC Charger is operational for home use without an App or NFC card. You do not need to download PropLive App or any other App. The charger comes with a standard 5-metre-long Type 2 cable which is compatible with all electric cars sold in Malaysia in the primary market. If otherwise, you should prepare a compatible charging adapter depending on your vehicle model.
Yes, the charger is rated with IP65/IK09, which is an international standard that indicates that an electrical enclosure is dust tight and watertight against water spray from any direction. So, it is absolutely safe to use the charger in any severe and harsh weather conditions.
