About Us

We are dedicated to serve the property and living needs of our surrounding communities by providing a robust communication channel between landlords who want to rent out their properties and tenants who wish to rent a place to stay, and eventually tenants and first homebuyers who wish to purchase their own desired homes.

In terms of home purchasing and ownership and/or renting, we understood there could be several challenges confronting the Malaysia's housing market, particularly in urban areas. RentHouz will attempt to provide several solutions:

• to simplify home searches and reducing the information gap by bringing verified parties - landlords/sellers/agents closer to the tenants/buyers,
  
• to eradicate fake, misleading, and duplicated property listings often found on other platforms,
  
• to disseminate new launches information particularly Affordable Homes (Mampu Milik) in order to address the housing affordability conundrum among the Gen Z,
  
• to assist as "in person" serving first homebuyers and upgraders to search for their dream homes,
  
• to provide Sustainability elements (and better home values) in private homes and condominiums by enabling EV charging infrastructure hence the adoption of Electric Vehicles, and
  
• eventually to provide the public with the most comprehensive real estate portal including past transaction insights, home services, home insurance, and home financing.

Our Founders had an established career pathway in the Malaysian real estate sector, namely in the realtor business involving the sale and lease of properties. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, our Founders established PropLive Community to digitalize and streamline condominium backroom operations. In 2024, RentHouz was formed under the PropLive Community umbrella with the aim to connect landlords and would-be tenants, homebuyers, plus holidaymakers, all under one roof across Malaysia.
